ta774 Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

To register and use a ta774 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. ta774 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ta774, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from ta774 or any affiliated platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing ta774 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

ta774 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) ta774 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. ta774 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta774 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ta774 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

ta774 may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including but not limited to prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). ta774 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ta774 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ta774 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your ta774 account in real time or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. ta774 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by ta774 within the timeframes set out below, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms:

• GCash / PayMaya: Typically processed within 15 minutes of approval.
• BPI / BDO / Metrobank: Typically processed within 1–3 banking hours during business days.

ta774 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification, fraud investigation, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name.

4.3 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). ta774 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Bonuses & Promotions

ta774 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses are available to verified players who have completed KYC and are in good standing with ta774.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• ta774 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.

Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ta774 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

6.1 Game Fairness

All ta774 casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, ta774 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable wager amounts. ta774 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

6.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact ta774 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. ta774 will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ta774 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use ta774 for any illegal financial activity, including but not limited to money laundering and terrorist financing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ta774 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing ta774 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your ta774 account on your behalf.

ta774 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies, including PAGCOR, in the investigation of suspected illegal activity. ta774 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.

Responsible Gaming

ta774 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. Gaming on ta774 is intended solely for entertainment purposes. We strongly encourage all players to set personal limits and to seek help if gaming begins to negatively affect their daily life.

8.1 Player Tools

ta774 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits refunded, with any winnings forfeited.

Privacy & Data

ta774 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using ta774, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ta774 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ta774 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ta774 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the ta774 service (e.g., sharing data with payment processors such as GCash or PayMaya to facilitate transactions).

Intellectual Property

All content on the ta774 platform — including but not limited to the ta774 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ta774 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ta774 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ta774 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on ta774 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any ta774 software or game code.
• Use the ta774 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ta774 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ta774 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by you in reliance on information provided on the ta774 platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ta774's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ta774 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

ta774 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ta774 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your ta774 account at any time by contacting support via live chat inside your account dashboard. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply after your account is closed.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising between you and ta774 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ta774 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and cooperates with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) as the relevant regulatory authority.

Changes to Terms

ta774 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ta774 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ta774.com/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the ta774 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
